Most companies will then hire some of the best interns and offer them well-paid full-time jobs. However, there is one big downside to this. The majority of internships are unpaid. There are some paid financial internships, though competition for these is fierce. So if you want to get a good internship, you might have to save up a considerable amount of money before you start.
