One of the biggest obstacles many career-driven individuals face throughout their lifetime is the the fear of failure. Often, it is paralysing and can deter us from pushing the limits or taking risks to accomplish our goals. But it is important to understand that failure is inevitable, and it’s part of the journey. Without failure, we wouldn’t learn from our mistakes and grow into stronger, more creative thinkers. In fact, so many successful, famous individuals that we look up to have overcome extreme hardships to get to where they are today.
